This is a visibility collar, not a walking collar. It's elastic — don't clip a lead to it and pull. Use it alongside your normal collar or harness.
There's a gap in the supplier's weight bands between 11 kg and 12.5 kg. If your dog is in that range, go by the neck measurement.
