Your 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, contact us at hola.huellitas0@gmail.com with your order number before the 14 days expire. You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you tell us you are withdrawing.
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.
Our 60-day satisfaction guarantee
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If your home does not smell noticeably better after using Huellitas as directed, contact us within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.
This guarantee is offered voluntarily and does not affect or limit your statutory rights under EU consumer law.
Legal guarantee on faulty goods
Under EU law you have a legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us with a photograph and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
How to start a return

- We confirm the return address and next steps within 2 business days.
- Once your return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days after we issue the refund.
Seller details required by EU law (company name, registered address, VAT number) must be added here before selling to EU consumers.
