“Huellitas” is the trading name of HUELLITAS LLC.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are currently displayed in euros (€). The total payable, including any delivery costs, is shown before you confirm your order. Payment is taken at the time of purchase.

Customs duties and import taxes, where they apply, are set by the authorities in your country and are not included in the price shown at checkout.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund you in full.

4. Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return an order. Consumers in the European Union also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which runs alongside our policy and is never reduced by it. See our Returns & Refunds page.

5. Guarantees and consumer rights

Our 30-day return policy is offered voluntarily and does not limit any statutory rights you have where you live.

Consumers in the European Union are covered by the statutory two-year guarantee of conformity. Consumers in the United Kingdom retain their rights under the Consumer Rights Act. Consumers in the United States retain any rights available under applicable state and federal law.

6. Product information

Huellitas sells accessories and equipment for dogs and cats: walking, bedding, feeding, play, grooming, travel and home cleaning.

Product images are illustrative and may vary slightly in colour or finish from the item you receive. Stated measurements are approximate and are taken from supplier specifications. Use each product only as described in the instructions supplied with it.

Unless expressly stated on the product page, our products are not medical or veterinary products, and we make no claims about your animal's health. If you have a health concern, speak to a veterinarian.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which you reside, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence where local law gives you that right.
