Shipping costs and estimates

Available delivery services, shipping charges and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout before payment. Huellitas does not use one universal delivery promise for every product or destination.

Processing

Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment is confirmed. Processing and transit estimates can vary by item and fulfilment location; use the estimate shown at checkout for the selected product and destination.

Tracking

When the selected delivery service includes tracking, the tracking details are sent after dispatch. Tracking can take time to show its first carrier scan.

Separate parcels

Items in the same order can arrive in separate parcels when they are fulfilled from different locations. Any available tracking information is provided for each parcel.

Customs and import charges

Customs duties, import taxes and carrier charges depend on the destination and local rules. Check the information shown at checkout and guidance from your local authority before ordering.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check your delivery address carefully before paying. If you notice an error, contact us immediately with your order number. Changes are not guaranteed after fulfilment begins.

If a parcel is delayed, damaged or marked as delivered but cannot be found, contact us through the contact page with your order number and any carrier information.
