1. Who we are

2. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. The total payable, including any delivery costs, is shown before you confirm your aorder. Payment is taken at the time of purchase.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund you in full.

4. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. See our Refund & Returns Policy for how to exercise this right.

5. Legal guarantee

Goods are covered by the statutory 2-year guarantee of conformity under EU law. This is in addition to our voluntary 60-day satisfaction guarantee.

6. Product information

Huellitas is an odor-neutralizing device for fabrics. It is not a disinfectant, sanitizer, biocide or air purifier, and no antimicrobial or health claims are made for it. Product images are illustrative. Use the product only as described in the enclosed instructions.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. As a consumer you retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts of your place of residence.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
