Returns & Refunds Policy
30-day return policy
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return for a refund or exchange. No reason is needed within this 30-day return window, provided the item is returned in acceptable condition and meets our return policy requirements, including being returned in its original packaging when applicable and in like-new condition where required.
Email hola.huellitas0@gmail.com with your order number and proof of purchase to start the return process, and we’ll confirm the return address and next steps within 2 business days.
If you're in the European Union
EU consumers also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the order, without giving a reason. This right exists alongside our 30-day return policy and is never reduced by it. Where the two differ, whichever is more favourable to you applies.
EU consumers additionally have a statutory 2-year guarantee of conformity on faulty goods.
If you're in the United Kingdom
UK consumers retain their rights under the Consumer Rights Act, including in respect of goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Our 30-day return policy is in addition to those rights.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, send us a photograph with your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you — you won’t be asked to pay return shipping on our mistake.
How to start a return
- Email hola.huellitas0@gmail.com with your order number and proof of purchase.
- We confirm the return address and next steps within 2 business days.
- Once the return is received and checked, we issue the refund to your original payment method.
Refund timing
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the money usually appears within 5 to 10 business days of us issuing it.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on grooming and hygiene products that have been opened or used, unless they’re faulty. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
